Memphis Pink Palace debut

Denise and I are back in Oklahoma after a four day festival in Memphis, which marked our debut east of the Mississippi. Thank you for coming out and kicking up some dust! We had a good time, and will see you next year.

Hot Chamomile Tea with lavender sugar (using a tea ball)
Hot Corn on the Cob sprinkled with lavender pepper
Lavender Creme Brulee using lavender sugar
Lavender Ice Cream, using lavender sugar
Paneed Pork Chops, coated with white cornmeal, paprika and lavender pepper
Ranch Dip, stir in lavender pepper for a little extra kick
Steak, with a rub of lavender pepper, sea salt, garlic and cumin
Steamed green beans with lavender pepper
Tuscana Soup, with lavender salt
Zucchini, sliced long and grilled, brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with lavender salt
